Maintenance Requests

If your suite needs maintenance or repairs, please use our online Rent Manager form rather than coming to the office. This will automatically forward the request to the correct maintenance personnel and avoid service delays.

Moving Out?

If you are moving out of your suite, please use this Notice to Vacate form.

What Constitutes an Emergency?

  • Water loss – flood, leaking pipes, roof leak, sewer back up
  • No heat
  • Elevator not working
  • Parkade door not functioning
  • Building security compromised (i.e. an entrance/exit door will not lock)
  • OR any other issue required to mitigate property damage

If you call the after hours number for a non-emergency a charge will be applied to your apartment.

Emergency Crime

Crime in progress, immediate life or health threat, or fire: dial 911

Non-Emergency Crime

Vandalism, break & enter, graffiti, drug use, lockbox theft, aggressive behaviour etc.

Noise complaints

If the noise is caused by a criminal activity, call the Calgary Police Service at 403-266-1234 or if it is related to an emergency, dial 911.
